Dr. Necip Uludağ

Graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Mechanical Engineering. Completed his master's degree in International Business through the Harvard and Istanbul University joint program. Obtained his doctoral degree through the Milan and Istanbul University joint program.

Served as project rapporteur for the 8th Five-Year Development Plan at the State Planning Organization (DPT) from 1989 to 1990.

Worked within Boyner Holding from 1990 to 2001, serving as coordinator at Alboy A.Ş., Production Coordinator for Benetton Footwear Group and Leather Group, and managed the Turkey transfers of Bally, Baldinini, MissDi, and Kickers brands.

Served as Executive Board Member at Hamoğlu Holding from 2001 to 2003, completing the transfer of French NafNaf & Chevignon brands, followed by the privatization of Maiden's Tower, Üsküdar Ata Mall, and İstinye Maxi Mall.

Served as Executive Board Member at KMN Holding in Azerbaijan from 2003 to 2005. Became Board Member of IPF International LLC in 2005, and from 2007 served in Turkey and Turkic Republics Business Partnership roles for CANAM Investment companies.

Served as Board Member of Luxembourg-based investment group 3P Global Consortium from 2007 to 2010.

From 2010, served as Board Member of Verusa Venture Capital Investment Trust. Since 2012, as Co-Founder and Partner of Alfa Investment, has successfully completed numerous M&A and corporate finance transactions.

Selected by Forbes Magazine in 2012 among '10 Men Who Smell Money' and 'Top 50 Fund Managers'. Winner of the 2013 European Quality Awards Brussels Finance Category Mention Award.

Served as Vice President of GYİAD (Young Executives and Businessmen Association) for two terms, Board Member of TEDMER (Turkey Ethics Center Association), Delegate at DEİK, and Founding Member of Turkey Underwear Industrialists Association.

Author of 'Comparison of Turkish, Japanese, USA Management Models' and one of the 11 entrepreneur authors of 'Golden Rules of Entrepreneurship', which was selected 3 times among D&R's Top 5 Best-Selling books and reached its 4th edition.
