Arda Gülhan

Arda is a Strategy and M&A professional with over 12 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and strategic investments across multiple sectors, including renewable energy, infrastructure, aviation, retail, pharma, insurance and industrials. He has extensive experience leading end-to-end transaction processes, including buy-side and sell-side advisory, financial modeling, valuation analysis and capital raising transactions.

Arda holds an MSc in Money and Finance with a specialization in Corporate Finance from Goethe University Frankfurt. He is fluent in Turkish, English and German and has a strong interest in endurance sports and contemporary art.
